Cultural Care Kids First Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, was founded in 2003 and is managed by a small team and board of directors at Cultural Care Au Pair. Based in Cambridge, MA, Cultural Care Au Pair is an organization that connects U.S. families with au pairs.

Au pairs, who are between the ages of 18 and 26, come to the U.S. as part of a State Department cultural exchange program. They live with their host families, assist with childcare, and experience American life.

Kids First provides an opportunity for us to help our young exchange visitors engage with their U.S. communities, while also giving back to the communities from which our au pairs come from. We are deeply grateful to our staff, Local Childcare Consultants (LCCs), au pairs, and host families for their passion and ongoing support.
